Welcome to The Sleeping Middle Class, a news blog run by Kat and Nick! Tired of partisan spin? Tired of corruption, commoditized freedoms, and the seemingly inevitable American march towards tyranny?

So were we. But it seems almost impossible to find a news source that wants to deliver news, rather than sensationalize partisan politics to appeal to the unconcerned masses.
